Please allow 15-20 working days for production before shipping.

Shipping costs include postage and packaging:

All orders are shipped via ELTA Hellenic Post

GREECE - £9 (1-2 working days)

EUROPE - £12 (5-10 working days)

REST OF THE WORLD - £16 (10-14 working days)

When ordering more than one product, an additional fee of £1 will be included for each physical item in the order.

Please note we are not responsible for orders once they are shipped. We do not refund or replace orders lost in transit. We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses and orders that are undeliverable. Undeliverable orders will incur new shipping costs when they are returned to us. Once undeliverable orders are received back we can refund the order amount not including shipping fees.

Please note delivery times are estimates only and may be longer depending on Customs and your local postal system.

It is the responsibility of the customer to track the order once dispatched. Your destination country postal system will be the courier responsible for handling and delivering your order. Please refer to your local post website for tracking once your order has entered destination country.

Shipping prices do not include any Customs or Import Duties that may be incurred upon entry of destination country.
